Steven Marshall is the executive chairman at Telecoms Infrastructure Group. From 2007 to 2018, he held the same role at the American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) US Tower Division. He also served as CEO of National Grid Wireless, where he led the company’s wireless tower infrastructure business in the US and UK. Prior to that, he was executive chairman at Intelig; a director of Digital UK; chairman of WIA – Wireless Infrastructure Association in the US; and a board member of CTIA – the US carrier association.

He currently sits on the boards of companies such as Next Gen Access UK, Paradigm Infrastructure and Tawal, a subsidiary of Saudi Telecoms.

Steven Marshall has a BSc in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Manchester . He also holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.

Andrew has been a key member of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure for over three years, having joined the business in 2021 from Investec, where he spent four years working in the investment bank’s infrastructure and energy sector team covering M&A and debt capital markets. Prior to that, Andrew spent a total of four years at Deloitte and Mazars in their infrastructure advisory teams, after starting his career in financial audit. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, and graduated from the University of Warwick. Currently, Andrew Ewe holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cordiant Digital Infrastructure.

David Kippen has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, finance and private investments in the telecommunications, media, technology (TMT), energy, infrastructure and other sectors.

Working in San Francisco, New York and London, he has been involved in more than 40 M&A transactions. In addition, he has worked on numerous debt and equity financing transactions in the digital and TMT sectors. He has been a member of the board of directors of growth-stage technology companies and has also served as deputy CFO of a listed entity on an interim basis.

He worked in JPMorgan’s Technology/TMT Investment Banking Group and at UBS, where he managed direct private equity investments.

David Kippen holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins/SAIS.

Kevin Moroney is Cordiant Digital’s expert in broadcast infrastructure technology and business strategy. He has experience in both the analysis of upcoming trends and operational efficiency.

He was director of regulatory and commercial affairs at Arqiva, where he and his project team were responsible for the transition to digital television and the development of digital radio. He also led Arqiva Muxco Limited and held various senior roles at National Grid Wireless and Crown Castle, where he was responsible for the broadcast and telecommunications business.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of CRA in the Czech Republic, which is also part of Cordiant. He is one of the founders of TVA Group Limited (live TV audience measurement) and Dare-2 Group Limited (broadcast consultancy).

Andrzej J. Kozłowski has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Emitel S.A. since 1 January 2025. He brings over 25 years of professional experience, both in Poland and internationally.

Before assuming his current role, he served as President of the Management Board and CEO of Emitel from 2017 to 2024. Between 2009 and 2017, he was Executive Director for Strategy and Project Management at PKN ORLEN S.A. Additionally, he served as a Management Board Member of Unipetrol a.s. in the Czech Republic, responsible for Strategy and M&A, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Upstream Sp. z o.o. in Poland, and a Member of the Board of Directors of ORLEN Upstream Canada Ltd. in Canada.

Earlier in his career, Mr Kozłowski spent over a decade in the telecommunications and new technologies sectors, holding managerial positions in Polish and international corporations.

He graduated from WSB – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz with a degree in Management and Marketing and holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, specialising in corporate strategy and industrial policy.

Mr Kozłowski is actively involved in several advisory and academic organisations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Atlantic Council and the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland. Furthermore, he contributes to the work of the Advisory Board of the Foundation for the Development of Radiocommunication and Multimedia Technologies at Warsaw University of Technology and serves on the Stakeholder Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw.
