David Kippen

David Kippen brings a 25+ year background in M&A/corporate finance and private investing in the Telecom Media Technology (TMT) sectors, as well as energy, infrastructure and other sectors. Having been based in San Francisco, New York and London, he has worked on over 40 M&A transactions valued at over US$30 billion during this time. In addition, he has worked on numerous private and public debt and equity financings in the TMT/Digital sectors and has been a board member of growth stage digital businesses and was an interim CFO of a publicly listed entity. He also worked in JPMorgan’s Technology/TMT Investment Banking Group and subsequently moved to UBS before moving to high net worth advisory where he has managed direct private equity investment activities. Mr Kippen holds a BA from McGill University and a Masters from Johns Hopkins/SAIS.
